Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"Tons of nights and weekend work despite the work/life balance they pride themselves on. High turnover with leadership constantly changing. Poor client-agency relationships, but the clients don't have any other choice but the in-house agency."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"Thanks for sharing a balanced review on your experience working with us. Of course, I am disheartened to see you left due to your VP's leadership style. If you are open to it, I'd love to speak with you off the record to learn more so that we can address some of the behaviors you mentioned. Teh employee experience is so critical - I wish every leader knew that. Email me at"

Former Employee - Regional Sales Manager says

"The company and its ownership do not value the great talent they have and make it very clear on a regular basis. Management motivates by fear of losing your job and has no consistency once goals, programs and budgets are set. Incredible amounts of MINUTIAE and an inefficient use of time by all the fire-drills and trackers. Salary is not commensurate with workload and responsibility. Lots of Egocentric behavior."

Chemist says

"Pay isn't great, but it pays the bill."

OPERATIONS PLANNER (Former Employee) says

"A whole department of people living for the weekend. They all hate their positions and are cranky at work. No one is excited to improve upon the way things are done. A very "just do your work and keep your head down" attitude. I believe that this culture stems from the Vice President of operations who is basically sociopathic."

Business Training Coordinator IT Strategy (Former Employee) says

"On the surface, this was a good place to work. Good benefits, great charitable contribution matching, but an underlying culture of fear. I learned a great deal at this job, but it was up to me to learn it. In fact, I became the Training Coordinator because there was such a lack of training with Oracle throughout the company. I came in not knowing what Oracle was, and left writing training guides for all of Finance and some of the Manufacturing Modules. I am grateful for the opportunities I created for myself at the company. I am grateful for all that I learned there, but I am equally grateful I am my own boss at this point.Charity giving/matching, free flowers after Teleflora photo shootsCulture of fear, Disregard for worker's longevity in the workplace"

Territory Manager- Retail (Former Employee) says

"I gained valuable experience working for this company and definitely was fortunate enough to travel to Fiji with them, I think they want to see themselves as a progressive company but vision is sometimes different from reality"

Inventory Control Specialist (Current Employee) says

"Overall, the company is great, the culture and benefits are great, and the employees are caring. However, management is inept. They hire people based on their preferences in male/female and how much they can manipulate them, and not based on qualifications and experience. They tend to belittle employees out in the open, not in private. They are super judgmental and overall very unpleasant to work with.Great growing company.Management lacks big time."

Director of Key Accounts (Former Employee) says

"The benefits are excellent however the 401K match is minimal. You are supplied with all the tools that you will need to do your work."

Executive Assistant/Marketing Coordinator (Current Employee) says

"Offer great benefits and great work life balance. But be prepared to work hard and have everyone be terrified of the owners coming in. Very CliqueySnacks at workThe owners"
